BlueCoreTech operates on an enterprise-grade service model. Our integrations involve technical architecture and institutional vetting. Our cancellation policy reflects the professional resources committed to your corporate account.
1. Professional Service Fees (PSF)
All fees paid to BlueCoreTech are for IT Infrastructure and Consultation Services.
- We do not hold wallets or process funds; therefore, our fees are strictly for the engineering and bridging services provided.
- Once a Technical Integration Plan has been issued or a Core-Link to a third-party gateway has been established, the service fee is non-refundable.
2. Strategic Consultation Cancellation
For high-tier corporate clients:
- Cancellation of a scheduled strategic consultation must be made 24 hours in advance.
- If a project is cancelled after the initial “Deep-Dive” technical audit but before the bridge is live, a partial refund may be issued, prorated based on the engineering hours already logged.
3. Infrastructure Integrity & Rejection
BlueCoreTech ensures the “Core-Link” is stable and secure. However, the final approval of your enterprise account rests with the third-party financial institution.
- Rejection by a gateway provider does not entitle the client to a refund of the BlueCoreTech Service Fee, as the infrastructure and bridging work were provided in full.
